Olden & Associates was recently successful in completing a spatial development framework for Stodels Garden Centre’s Eversdal/Bellville site and associated phasing plan, as well as consolidating and rezoning the site to local business purposes to allow for a plant nursery and offices. Over the years, Olden & Associates has also undertaken land-use applications for the company’s Milnerton, Diep River and Kenilworth properties.
