Olden & Associates has successfully made numerous land-use applications and site development plan applications to enable alterations, additions and development to the Reddam House Constantia school grounds, including its sporting facilities. Examples of our work include the approval and subsequent implementation of an astroturf field, floodlights, a water polo pool, tennis courts and a new road within the school grounds.
