TEARS ANIMAL RESCUE CENTRE, KOMMETJIE ROAD

An application was made to the City of Cape Town on behalf of TEARS Animal Rescue for a world-class animal centre – including an animal hospital, conference centre, kennels/cattery, rehabilitation facility and administrative centre. A portion of the site was also rezoned and subdivided for residential purposes.
