An application was made by Olden & Associates for a place of instruction with an office component within the grounds of Dreyersdal farm in Bergvliet – a predominantly residential area. The space in question is currently occupied by Triggerfish Animation Studios. This proved to be a challenging application, but was ultimately approved by the City of Cape Town.
