Assuming the roles of project manager and consulting planner, Olden & Associates obtained approval from the City of Cape Town for a low to medium density residential subdivision of this 1.7701 ha property into 22 portions. The unique requirements of this project required the input of planning, heritage and environmental consultants, and resulted in a sought-after gated development that respects the natural path of an existing stream and the historically significant Klein Welgemeend manor house located on the site.
