Olden & Associates recently obtained approval from the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning, Heritage Western Cape and the City of Cape Town to subdivide this 1.7ha site into 21 portions. On completion, this development will offer residents a secure gated community with a home owners association, and its homes will be built according to an approved set of architectural guidelines.
